CLASSES

Our classes cover all aspects of traditional Tang Soo Do karate training; from syllabus patterns (hyungs) and kicking drills to weapons training, pad work and sparring. We combine hands-on experience with the theory and philosophy behind techniques. We teach discipline and enjoy training together in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.

Our Mixed class is suitable for both adults and kids (ages 8+) that want to learn self-defence and improve fitness, confidence and wellbeing together - especially good for families.

Our Tiny Tigers program is tailored to younger students (Ages 4-8) and introduces the basics at a slower pace. We cover the foundations of the syllabus in a more playful environment with fun martial arts activities to develop confidence, resilience, balance and concentration.
